First time using this location for a rental car and had done my reservation online before getting the car. Service was great and quick as my car was ready and clean. Just wished their weekend hours were open a longer. Upon return next morning had great customer service from “Joe” and went very quick.
We went to another enterprise and got a car that had zero brakes and missing a hubcap. Then we came to that enterprise in Redlands Gustavo was honestly the best. He was handling the front like a champ and honestly was the best help. Thank you enterprise in Redlands and especially thank you Gustavo you were the best
I had to reserve a vehicle last minute and it was an easy process online. When I arrived they did not have the style vehicle I wanted but they placed me in an upgraded vehicle that was available at no extra charge. Check in and out was fast and easy. The staff was professional and helpful.
Amazing customer service from the front desk to the two guys helping you get the car and return the car. Everyone was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best rates. Would 10/10 come back here for my next rental car.
We have always been loyal customers to enterprise, we usually have a very smooth transaction when picking up or dropping off a car but we came in a little over a week ago when my family rented a car from the Redlands branch and everything was going smoothly until the manager Gustavo got annoyed that we mentioned the dirty rental. The car had been poorly cleaned and there were visible crumbs and hairs inside the car. He told my BM if we didn’t like the car we could go elsewhere. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I wouldn’t have minded waiting another 20 minutes to have the car re washed because they were visibly busy, but instead Gustavo basically told us to take it as is or **** off. If possible I would give them zero stars but when we returned the car the assistant manager Kyle was very understanding and professional. If it wasn’t for him we would never rent from enterprise again. Someone needs to teach the other manager some customer service skills.
I want to recognize Soni for his customer service! I hope he gets praised for this. Today, I was brought to Enterprise after dropping off my car at Tom Bell for service, Soni showed me vehicles i was interested in. When we found the one, i didn’t have my physical debit card, but he was able to allow me to use Apple Pay, which he told me was against their policy. He saved me from having to go all the way home to get my physical card and he should not be punished by this instead i applaud him for working with the options given and working with it to get customers on the road. Apple Pay and Google Pay should be an option of payment
I booked a car rental through enterprise. I called hours before my pick up time, spoke to Garret & told them it was going to be a few hours before I could actually make it, they said that was perfectly fine and would see me then. BUT, failed to tell me they close at 1:00pm. I’m out of state from Colorado and obviously NEEDED this car but the horrible customer service in this work world leaves PAYING customers screwed. Ended up having to drive all over town and thankfully Fox Rent A Car was able to come through & cover me with a better price & upgraded vehicle! Sooo everyone run there and do not use this terrible place.
My entire experience with Enterprise was fantastic. From meeting and dealing with Brooke to the car I was rented through the entire process after having your own car not available for a two week period. Nothing but professionalism, true caring on a personal level and absolutely no pressure. My whole Enterprise experience was amazing.
